JABC - Merry Tidings Banner

Merry Tidings Banner glows with Christmas spirit. A candle wreathed by holly and berries--it's the new banner pattern from Tammy Tutterow.  The mini banner measures 6" x 6" and features buttons from the November 2020 Button Lover's Club: Take Heart Tin + Sprinkler Merry Tidings.

Look at the detail on the candle and flame--right down to the flow of melted wax.

JABC - Merry Tidings

Tammy cut the holly leaves from herringbone wool, carefully arranging the pattern pieces to make the best use of the fabric weave. The berries clustered on top are a masterpiece of layering buttons and wool! Don't worry if your snowflakes are a bit different--remember that no two snowflakes are alike.

A small tag is tucked between berries and leaves--perfect to showcase the exclusive dimensional Take Heart button from the Button Lover's Club collection.

Although we've used the motif on a small banner, you could easily use it on a small pillow, table runner, or in a frame to add a festive touch to your Christmas decor.

The Merry Tidings Banner pattern was designed by Tammy Tutterow exclusively for Just Another Button Company. It includes full-color step-by-step instructions, supply list, and full size patterns for the banner and floral design. The pdf pattern is available by download.

Note to Button Lover's Club Subscribers: Tammy used buttons from both the Take Heart Tin and the optional Sprinkler pack.  If you are subscribed to the Tin only, you may purchase the Sprinkler pack from the limited remaining stock by calling our office.
